Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Non-returnable items may include:
- Products damaged due to misuse.
- Products without original packaging.
Refund Process:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
To initiate a return, please contact us (support@crestanco.com) with your Order ID and registered details.
